We recently purchased a used forklift from Eldorado forklift co. It is a beautiful 10 year old Toyota 5050lb capacity with side shift. I had a little problem with one of the tires, and they quickly sent a tire repair specialist to us. Eldorado forklift didn’t fix the tire. Instead, Eldorado forklift paid to have a whole new set installed!!! These people are honorable and true to their word. The sales manager Steve Manos assured us that during our exceptionally long 90 day warranty period ALL of our needs would be taken care of. And that if something happened after that period was over, they would still stand behind (and in front) of their forklift. Now, after actually having the experience of having a problem and having to call and ask for help, I highly recommend them as they took care of the problem right away. This is not spam or B.S. We are actual customers.

Adam and his crew are very helpfull and knowledgeable. My company has bought 2 forklifts from them and very pleased with their customer service. The guys are courteous, prompt and really excel in customer service. A fluid line broke at 3pm and within 2 hours they sent out a tech to check it. Didn’t have the part to fix that day but tech drove all the way to west sac branch and came back at 8am the next day.
